EMAF Scaffalature Industriali has recently completed the installation of the Donatello EM35 light shelving system at the Lolato headquarters, a leading company in the field of healthcare orthopedics located in Bassano del Grappa, in the Province of Vicenza.
The installation comprises a total of 45 bays, each equipped with hook shelves, systematically divided into 9 rows, each consisting of 5 bays. Each bay has standard dimensions of 2500 mm in height and a depth of 400 or 600 mm. The hook shelves can support a uniformly distributed load (UDL) of 120 kg per shelf, allowing storage of up to 600 kg of material for each bay.
The structured layout of the system maximizes space utilization, with an overall capacity to store up to 270 quintals of material. This solution addresses Lolato’s needs in terms of space optimization and efficient material management, thereby contributing to improving the functionality of the company’s storage environments.
